NORMAN, Okla. -- Oklahoma moved past Florida for the No. 3 slot in the
latest AP poll released Sunday. The Sooners (4-0) rolled
past Tulsa, 62-21, at Skelly Field for their first
road win of the season.
Texas (7), Missouri (20) and
Nebraska (25) joined Oklahoma from the Big
12 Conference in the polls. OU was ranked No. 4 in
the latest coaches' poll with four first-place votes.
This marked the 364th week Oklahoma was ranked in the
top five of the AP poll, more than any other team.
