Structure Graphics On August 12, workers applied graphics which completely wrap the south side of the scoreboard structure facing Lindsey Street. The design incorporates six corporate partner logos and continues the tradition of listing Oklahoma's national championship years below the stadium name. "When I first came to OU, the graphic on the scoreboard was something that caught my eye," said Scott Matthews, graphic design director for OU Athletics. "I knew immediately this project was important. It's our opportunity to communicate the Oklahoma tradition and the pride our fans have in the program." In addition to the new design, the materials and application procedure have been upgraded. The old graphics were painted directly on the metal surface of the scoreboard. The new design consists of 126 individual vinyl sections measuring four feet by 10 feet. Each of the vinyl sections have been treated with a UV-protective laminate which promotes longevity.
